Property Tax Calculator
This property tax calculator can help you understand how the citywide revaluation may affect your tax bill. Using the city’s total assessed value and the FY 2027 budget, it estimates a mill rate and separates the impact of the new valuation from other factors.
Disclaimer: The mill rate used is an unofficial estimate. Your FY 2028 property tax bill will also depend on the final FY 2028 City Budget.
